SYPOSIUM ON DEVELOPING INDUSTRY DRIVEN CURRICULUM & FYDP FOR ENGINEERS

A Symposium regarding Developing Industry driven Curriculum & FYDP for engineers was
conducted at Faletti’s Hotel, Lahore, wherein Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari, Minister Finance
Punjab along with Miss. Kanwal Shauzab, EX-MNA graced the occasion with their presence as
Guest Speakers. The session was moderated by Engr. Mian Sultan Mehmood, PEC-GB Member
and Panelist Comprised of Engr. Dr. Asghar Zaidi, VC, GCU, Lahore, Engr. Abdul Razzaq
Gauhar, Chairman PAAPAM, Engr. Prof. Dr. Amanat Ali Bhatti. PEC-GB Member, Engr. Prof. Dr.
Suleman Tahir, VC KFUIET, Rahim yar Khan, Engr. Dr. Ashfaq A Sheikh, HoD-EAD, Engr. Ahsan
Akhtar, VC Wateen and Engr. Muhammad Ijaz Rabbani Director Creative participated.
At last symposium concluded, wherein various fruitful arguments erupted, about how to develop
industry driven curriculum & FYDP for engineers in the nationwide institutes. The audience
applauded all the suggestions placed by the panelist.
